Concrete Wall Panel
- The introduction of concrete wall panels using Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) is both good for Sound and Thermal Insulation
- Using light weight concrete wall panel made from Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) significantly minimizes building cost and lower the risk to earth quake.
- The wall panels should be 25 mm – 30 mm thick to maintain the strength of concrete walls unlike 10 mm thick fiber boards which is less stronger and poor in absorbing sound/acoustic.
Installation Procedure :
- Steel frames are erected on foundations or on a given plinth following the approved specifications and drawings.
- Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) concrete panels are fixed on the frames using specified screws and plastered inside out.
Advantages:
- Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) is durable and maintenance-free
- Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) has a very good sound absorption capacity at high and medium frequencies
- Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) has a wild variety of aesthetic treatments
- Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) has a high structural strength, high chemical and physical stability
- Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) is totally incombustible
- Due to its lightness, Expanded Clay Aggregate (ECA®) is easy to transport and erect
